Complaint Management Map-based management of the full water-complaint lifecycle, live in Andong and Seongju.
SR-Permit One-click preparation and management of public permit documents such as road occupancy and excavation. Detailed on the portal.
03Facilities & Safety
Facility Management Ledgers, periodic inspections, consumables and maintenance history for waterworks facilities. Live in Andong.
SR-PTW Permit to Work Digital permit-to-work covering application, approval and on-site safety measures for hazardous work.
04Instrumentation & Communication
SR Smart Pressure Logger IoT pressure loggers connect directly to SR's own collection server — no external cloud relay.
SR-Talk Field Radio A work radio for waterworks crews — one transmitter per channel, voice retention and SOS. Linked to the pressure system for spoken pressure queries.
These systems are used together, not separately — WaterNet, the pressure loggers and the radio are linked with live data.
